使用说明：
1. 准备复溶液：

2. 复溶试剂
a.回温：将冻干产品取出至室温平衡15-20分钟，避免开盖时冷凝水进入。
b.加液：用移液器沿瓶壁缓慢加入计算好的预冷纯水（室温纯水亦可，但低温有助于保持蛋白活性）。具体使用浓度根据实际应用调整，例如ELISA /WB中浓度使用范围为0.05 ~ 0.5 μg/mL，免疫沉淀（IP）中浓度使用范围为0.5 ~ 5 μg/mL。
c.溶解：盖上瓶盖，切勿剧烈涡旋震荡（易导致蛋白变性或起泡）。轻轻旋转或颠倒瓶子，或置于4℃静置15-30分钟。必要时可温和弹击管壁辅助溶解。完全溶解后应为澄清、透明、无肉眼可见颗粒的液体

Instructions for Use
1. Prepare Reconstitution Solution:
It is recommended to reconstitute the product to the target concentration using ultrapure water. Higher grade water may be used for reconstitution according to experimental requirements.
2. Reconstitute the Reagent:
a. Bring to room temperature: Remove the lyophilized product and allow it to equilibrate to room temperature for 15-20 minutes to prevent condensation water from entering when opening the cap.
b. Add liquid: Slowly add the calculated volume of pre-chilled sterile water (room temperature sterile water is also acceptable, but low temperature helps maintain protein activity) along the vial wall. The specific concentration used should be adjusted according to the actual application. For example, the concentration range for ELISA/WB is 0.05 – 0.5 μg/mL, and for immunoprecipitation (IP), the concentration range is 0.5 – 5 μg/mL.
c. Dissolve: Close the cap. Do not vortex vigorously (easily causes protein denaturation or foaming). Gently rotate or invert the bottle, or place it at 4°C for 15-30 minutes. If necessary, gently tap the tube wall to aid dissolution. After complete dissolution, the solution should be clear, transparent, and free of visible particles.
