概述
马齿苋富含多糖、黄酮类、有机酸及Omega-3 脂肪酸等活性成分，具备显著的抗氧化、抗炎、修复和降血糖功能。而马齿苋外囊泡则是从其全草及叶片中提取出的天然囊泡，由磷脂双层膜包裹，内部承载着核酸、蛋白质及黄酮等功效分子。在抑制自由基损伤、减轻炎症、血糖调节和代谢调节等方面展现出重要应用价值。

Purslane is rich in active components such as polysaccharides, flavonoids, organic acids, and Omega-3 fatty acids, exhibiting significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, reparative, and hypoglycemic functions. Purslane extracellular vesicles are natural vesicles extracted from its whole herb and leaves, enclosed by a phospholipid bilayer membrane and carrying functional molecules like nucleic acids, proteins, and flavonoids. They show important application values in inhibiting free radical damage, reducing inflammation, regulating blood glucose, and metabolic modulation.
