概述
植物样本常用染色法包括整体样本染色和切片染色两种，整体染色更便于将染色结果进行组织级的原位标记，但由于植物组织本身含有的叶绿素、花青素等色素均会影响染色结果的观察。可通过脱色处理来得到更清晰的染色结果。
本产品性质稳定，脱色效果良好，能够在一定程度上重复使用，适用于植物组织整体染色后的脱色素处理。本产品仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤（仅供参考）
1、将植物组织染色后样本置于植物组织脱色液70-80℃脱色处理，直至充分去除背景颜色。该试剂在较高温度下脱色效果较好，脱色期间若溶液颜色较深，可更换1-2次新的植物组织脱色液。
2、观察染色结果并拍照记录，若不能及时观察结果，可将脱色后样本用水充分清洗后浸于植物组织保存液中保存以便后续观察。如长期浸泡保存建议放置2-8℃，并至少2个月更换一次保存液。
注意事项
1、试剂开封后请尽快使用，以防影响后续实验效果。

Common staining methods for plant samples include whole‑mount staining and section staining. Whole‑mount staining facilitates in situ tissue‑level labeling of staining results; however, pigments naturally present in plant tissues such as chlorophyll and anthocyanins can interfere with the observation of staining outcomes. Decolorization treatment can be employed to obtain clearer staining results.
This product is stable and provides effective decolorization, with some capacity for reuse. It is suitable for the depigmentation of whole‑mount stained plant tissues. This product is intended for scientific research purposes only and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other uses.
Operating Steps (For Reference Only)
1.Place the stained plant tissue sample in Plant Tissue Decolorization Solution and treat at 70–80°C until the background color is sufficiently removed. This reagent works more effectively at higher temperatures. If the solution becomes deeply colored during decolorization, it may be replaced 1–2 times with fresh decolorization solution.
2.Observe and photograph the staining results. If observation cannot be performed immediately, thoroughly rinse the decolorized sample with water and then immerse it in Plant Tissue Preservation Solution for storage and subsequent observation. For long‑term immersion storage, it is recommended to store at 2–8°C and replace the preservation solution at least every two months.
