概述
猪胆盐是由猪胆汁精制而成的一种胆汁酸钠盐，其原理为降低培养基与菌膜界面上的表面张力，并使细胞膜紊乱，从而加速细胞自溶。猪胆盐在pH值6.5以下会有胆酸析出物，在菌落周围形成沉淀环，使菌落色素不易向外扩散，更有利于菌落的鉴别。用于抑制革兰氏阳性菌的生长，是微生物培养基常用的选择性抑制剂。

Porcine Bile Salts is a kind of sodium bile salt refined from pig bile. It works by reducing the surface tension at the interface between the culture medium and bacterial pellicle, disturbing cell membranes, and thus accelerating bacterial autolysis. When the pH value is below 6.5, porcine bile salt will produce cholic acid precipitates, forming a precipitation ring around colonies. This prevents the outward diffusion of colony pigments and facilitates colony identification. It is widely used as a selective inhibitor in microbial media to inhibit the growth of Gram-positive bacteria.

Precautions:
1. Take precautions against dust during weighing. Wear a mask to avoid respiratory discomfort.
2. Tighten the bottle cap immediately after use of the powder to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Store in a dark and dry place.
3. The shelf life of unopened products is three years. The shelf life of opened products varies depending on storage conditions.
