概述
PBS (1×, 含双抗) 为最常用的缓冲溶液之一，主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钾组成，不含 Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺，pH 值为 7.2-7.4。该试剂经过滤除菌，常用于细胞培养过程中细胞的洗涤或其他常规用途。
青霉素-链霉素混合液通常也被称为 “双抗”，是体外培养中为预防微生物污染常用的抗生素，其中，青霉素能够干扰细菌细胞壁的合成，对革兰氏阳性菌特别有效；而链霉素能够与细菌核糖体 30S 亚单位结合，抑制细菌蛋白质的合成，对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有效，但对革兰氏阴性菌特别有效。青霉素和链霉素联合使用可以预防绝大部分的细菌污染。

PBS (1×, with Penicillin-Streptomycin) is one of the most commonly used buffer solutions. It is mainly composed of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, free of Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺, with a pH value of 7.2–7.4. This reagent is sterile filtered and commonly used for cell washing and other routine applications during cell culture.
Penicillin-Streptomycin mixture, generally referred to as "Pen-Strep", is a widely used antibiotic for preventing microbial contamination in in vitro cell culture. Penicillin interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis and is highly effective against Gram-positive bacteria. Streptomycin binds to the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes to inhibit bacterial protein synthesis, acting on both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria with superior efficacy against Gram-negative strains. The combined application of penicillin and streptomycin can prevent the vast majority of bacterial contamination.
Usage Method
1.This product is supplied as 1× working solution, use directly according to your specific experimental requirements.
2.Supplemented with Pen-Strep to minimize bacterial contamination risk.
