概述

氯化钾饱和溶液为实验室常用无机试剂，由氯化钾（Potassium Chloride，CAS：7447-40-7，分子量74.55）溶于去离子水配制而成，室温密封保存。本产品为近饱和水溶液，温度降低时瓶底易析出白色氯化钾晶体，属于正常物理现象，并非试剂变质；置于室温水浴复溶并充分摇匀后即可正常使用，不影响性能。不可冷冻储存，低温会加剧结晶析出。

Potassium Chloride Saturated Solution is a commonly used inorganic reagent in laboratories, prepared by dissolving potassium chloride (KCl, CAS: 7447-40-7, molecular weight: 74.55) in deionized water. Store at room temperature in a sealed container. This product is a near-saturated aqueous solution. When the temperature decreases, white potassium chloride crystals may precipitate at the bottom of the container — this is a normal physical phenomenon and does not indicate product deterioration. The solution can be restored to normal use by warming to room temperature and mixing thoroughly until fully dissolved. This does not affect performance. Do not freeze, as low temperatures will exacerbate crystallization.

Major Applications

Analytical Chemistry: Serves as a filling solution for reference electrodes (calomel electrodes and silver-silver chloride electrodes), suitable for potentiometric analysis and electrochemical measurement systems.

Molecular Biology: Used for nucleic acid precipitation and salting-out experiments.

Physicochemical Experiments: Employed in the preparation of high ionic strength systems, colloid experiments, ionic strength adjustment, and certain salting-out separation procedures.
