This product is grey colored screen printable polymer dielectric, suitable for defining electrode areas and forms a protective layer over the electrode tracking during immersion of the electrode.Polymer dielectric grey for screen printing can be used for a variety of applications such as ink in the design of MRI receiving coils, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic thin film transistors (OTFTs).
Preparation instructions
Screen Printing Equipment: semi-automatic, automatic.Ink Screen Life: >3 hoursScreen Types: stainless steel, polyester mesh 156-325 tpiTypical Drying Conditions: Dry at 80 °C for 30 minutes, or 130 °C for 10-15 minutes in a box ovenSuitable for Jet drying, infra-red and drying in high speedreel-to-reelClean Up Solvent: ethoxy propanol or sericolSubstrate: polyester, PVC, polycarbonate, ceramic or alumina
