概述
预活化PerCP马来酰亚胺(Preactivated PerCP Maleimide)是一种巯基反应染料，可与蛋白上游离的巯基反应。活化后的染料很容易和蛋白或抗体结合，且不改变PerCP的光谱特性。

注意事项：
1. 标记不同的抗体，所需染料与抗体的标记比例可能不同，当排除抗体质量、标记步骤等其他可能影响标记结果的因素后，可考虑降低抗体质量来达到较好的标记效果。 2. 荧光染料均存在淬灭，请注意避光，以减缓荧光淬灭。 3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。

Product introduction：
Preactivated percp maleimide is a sulfhydryl reactive dye that can react with the free sulfhydryl groups upstream of proteins. The activated dye can easily bind to protein or antibody without changing the spectral properties of percp.

Matters needing attention：
1. labeling different antibodies, the required dye and antibody labeling ratio may be different, when excluding antibody quality, labeling steps and other factors that may affect the labeling results, we can consider reducing antibody quality to achieve better labeling effect. 2. fluorescent dyes are quenched. Please avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching. 3. for your safety and health, please wear experimental clothes and disposable gloves.
