概述
青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×）（Penicillin-Streptomycin-Gentamicin Solution， 100×）是专门用于细胞培养的三抗，经过滤除菌，可以直接按比例添加到细胞培养液内。 其中，青霉素的含量为10kU/mL，链霉素的含量为10mg/mL，庆大霉素的含量为5mg/mL。 在细胞培养液中推荐的青霉素的工作浓度为100U/mL，链霉素的工作浓度为0.1mg/mL， 庆大霉素的工作浓度为50μg/mL。本品按照100倍稀释使用，即100mL青霉素-链霉素-庆 大霉素溶液（100×）可以配制10L细胞培养液。
使用说明：
青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×）可以参考如下两种方法之一使用：
1、在无菌的细胞培养液中按照每500mL细胞培养液添加5mL的比例直接添加青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×），混匀后即可使用。 2、配制细胞培养液时按照每配制1L细胞培养液加入10mL的比例加入青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×），配制完成后过滤除菌即可使用。
注意事项：
1、注意无菌操作，防止污染。
2、建议分装，尽量减少反复冻融的次数，使用时避免对母液的污染。
3、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。
4、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
Penicillin-Streptomycin-Gentamicin Solution (100×) is a triple antibiotic cocktail specially formulated for cell culture. Sterilized by filtration, it can be directly supplemented into cell culture medium at the specified dilution ratio. This solution contains 10,000 U/mL penicillin, 10 mg/mL streptomycin and 5 mg/mL gentamicin. The recommended working concentrations in complete culture medium are 100 U/mL penicillin, 0.1 mg/mL streptomycin and 50 μg/mL gentamicin. This product is designed for 100-fold dilution: 100 mL of the 100× triple antibiotic solution is sufficient to prepare 10 L of cell culture medium.
Instructions for Use:
Choose either of the following two protocols for Penicillin-Streptomycin-Gentamicin Solution (100×):
1. Direct supplementation: Add 5 mL of 100× triple antibiotic solution to every 500 mL sterile cell culture medium, mix thoroughly before use.
2. Medium preparation: Add 10 mL of 100× triple antibiotic solution per liter during medium preparation, then filter-sterilize the finished medium prior to use.
Precautions:
1. Strictly follow aseptic techniques to avoid microbial contamination.
2. Aliquot the product upon receipt to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles; prevent cross-contamination of the stock solution during pipetting.
3. For research use only by qualified professionals. Not intended for clinical diagnosis, clinical therapy, food or pharmaceutical applications.
4. Wear lab coat and disposable nitrile gloves during handling for personal safety.
