概述
沙棘富含维生素 C、不饱和脂肪酸、黄酮类等营养成分与活性物质，具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、保护心血管、促进消化等多种功效。而沙棘外囊泡则是从其全果实中提取出的天然囊泡，由磷脂双层膜包裹，内部承载着核酸、蛋白质及黄酮等功效分子。在抑制自由基损伤、减轻炎症、激活成纤维细胞促进胶原蛋白再生、修复皮肤屏障及调节血脂等方面展现出重要应用价值。

Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) is rich in nutrients and active substances such as vitamin C, unsaturated fatty acids, and flavonoids, demonstrating multiple health benefits including immune enhancement, antioxidant activity, cardiovascular protection, and digestive promotion. Seabuckthorn extracellular vesicles are natural vesicles extracted from whole fruits, enclosed by a phospholipid bilayer membrane and carrying functional molecules like nucleic acids, proteins, and flavonoids. They exhibit significant application values in inhibiting free radical damage, reducing inflammation, activating fibroblasts to promote collagen regeneration, repairing skin barriers, and regulating blood lipids.
