概述
SF-N2 (100×) 添加剂是化学成分确定的添加剂，SF-N2 (100×) 添加剂主要被推荐用于类器官培养、神经母细胞瘤、周围神经系统（PNS） 与中枢神经系统（CNS）来源的神经元的生长和培养。本产品以 100×工作浓度的形式提供，它可与添加了生长因子如 bFGF 及 EGF 的无血清神经元基础培养基或 DMEM/F12 培养基配合使用。
使用方法：
按 1%（体积比）的终浓度加入至培养基中。
应用：
作为培养基添加物应用于各种小肠、胃、肝脏等类器官的培养中,以及神经母细胞瘤培养、神经干细胞培养、神经元培养 以及神经胶质细胞培养等领域
注意事项：
1、本产品在使用前在4 ℃过夜解冻。
2、使用样品时将产品充分混匀进行添加。
3、使用样品时应注意无菌操作，避免污染。
4、为保持产品的最佳使用效果，不宜将其过夜放置于室温或较高的温度环境中。
5、请于保质期内使用本产品，超出保质期，请放弃使用。
6、本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
SF‑N2 (100×) Supplement is a chemically defined additive. It is mainly recommended for organoid culture, neuroblastoma culture, and the growth and culture of neurons derived from the peripheral nervous system (PNS) and central nervous system (CNS). Supplied at 100× working concentration, this product can be used with serum-free neuronal basal medium or DMEM/F12 medium supplemented with growth factors such as bFGF and EGF.
Method of Use：
Add to the medium at a final concentration of 1% (v/v).
Applications：
It is used as a medium supplement for the culture of various organoids including small intestine, stomach and liver. It is also applicable to the culture of neuroblastoma, neural stem cells, neurons and glial cells.
Precautions：
1. Thaw the product overnight at 4 ℃ before use.
2. Mix the product thoroughly before addition.
3. Perform aseptic operation during use to avoid contamination.
4. To maintain optimal performance, do not leave the product overnight at room temperature or under elevated temperature conditions.
5. Use the product within the shelf life; discard it if expired.
6. This product is for scientific research and production use, and is intended for the in vitro culture of tissues and cells.
