Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate is an anionic amino acid surfactant synthesized via acylation and neutralization reactions between glycine and fatty acids. Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate is weakly alkaline. It exhibits favorable foaming capacity under nearly neutral conditions, generating abundant, smooth and elastic foam with a refreshing skin feel after rinsing.
Compared with acyl glutamates and acyl sarcosinates, Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate boasts superior thickening performance and can be readily formulated into paste products.
