概述

MAP血液保养液为红细胞保存液，溶血风险低。取本品 25 mL，可用于 100 mL 全血分离所得红细胞的保存；红细胞于 4 ℃±2 ℃环境下保存，有效期为 35 天。本品主要成分为柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖、磷酸盐、腺嘌呤等。
有效期
2‑8℃条件下，有效期 12 个月。

注意事项
1. 操作时请穿戴实验服及一次性手套，保障操作安全。
2. 本试剂仅用于体外科研实验，严禁用于人体注射、口服。
3. 除实验服、手套外，建议佩戴护目镜，防止液体溅入眼睛及黏膜；若不慎大量接触本品，请立即使用大量流动清水冲洗。
4. 本品应与强氧化剂、易燃易爆物品、腐蚀性试剂分区隔离存放；远离电源、烘箱、水浴等高温设备。
MAP Blood Preservation Solution is a red blood cell storage solution with minimal hemolysis risk. 25 mL of this solution is suitable for the preservation of red blood cells separated from 100 mL whole blood. Red blood cells can be stored for 35 days at 4 ℃±2 ℃. This product is mainly composed of sodium citrate, glucose, phosphate, adenine and other components.
Shelf‑life
12 months when stored at 2‑8 ℃.

Precautions
1. Wear laboratory coat and disposable gloves for your safety and health.
2. This reagent is for in‑vitro research use only. Do not inject or administer orally to human body.
3. In addition to laboratory coat and gloves, goggles are recommended to prevent liquid splashing into eyes and mucous membranes. In case of substantial contact with the solution, rinse immediately with plenty of running water.
4. Store separately from strong oxidants, flammable‑explosive substances and corrosive reagents. Keep away from power supplies, ovens, water baths and other high‑temperature equipment.
