本试剂盒采用PNP比色法测定土壤外切-β-1,4-葡聚糖酶（S-CBH）活力。CBH（EC 3.2.1.91）是土壤纤维素酶系的重要组分，水解β-1,4-糖苷键释放纤维二糖。该酶催化底物对硝基苯基-β-D-纤维二糖苷生成黄色PNP产物，于405 nm处测定吸光度，吸光度与酶活力成正比，据此定量S-CBH活性。
This kit adopts the PNP colorimetric method to determine the activity of soil exo-β-1,4-glucanase (S-CBH). CBH (EC 3.2.1.91) is a vital component of the soil cellulase system, which hydrolyzes β-1,4-glycosidic bonds to release cellobiose. This enzyme catalyzes the substrate p-nitrophenyl-β-D-cellobioside to produce yellow PNP products. The absorbance is measured at 405 nm, and the absorbance value is proportional to enzyme activity, based on which the activity of S-CBH can be quantified.
