本试剂盒采用pNPP比色法快速测定土壤中性磷酸酶（S-NP）活力。中性条件下，S-NP催化pNPP水解生成黄色PNP，于405 nm处测定其生成速率，速率与酶活力成正比，据此定量样品中S-NP活性。土壤磷酸酶活性是评价土壤磷素转化的重要指标，与土壤碳氮含量及pH密切相关。
This kit adopts the pNPP colorimetric method for rapid determination of soil neutral phosphatase (S-NP) activity. Under neutral conditions, S-NP catalyzes the hydrolysis of pNPP to produce yellow PNP. The formation rate of PNP is measured at 405 nm, and this rate is proportional to enzyme activity, which enables quantitative analysis of S-NP activity in samples. Soil phosphatase activity is a vital indicator for evaluating soil phosphorus transformation, and it is closely correlated with soil carbon, nitrogen contents and pH value.
