本产品有效成分为棕榈酸钠（Sodium palmitate，6 mM）和油酸钠（Sodium oleate，12 mM）。产品为无菌溶液（经 0.22 μm 滤膜过滤），可与完全培养基直接混匀后用于细胞实验。高脂细胞添加剂及其对应的溶剂对照均为淡黄色透明液体，所用溶剂不含 NaOH 或任何有机溶剂，对细胞无毒性。本产品为组合包装，可直接用于诱导脂肪肝细胞模型。

使用说明
1. 每次使用前置于室温或2~8℃冰箱过夜溶解，请勿直接加热溶解；如溶液不澄清，可在≤50℃水浴加热，且不能超过3 min。
2. 针对不同细胞种类及实验目的，棕榈酸钠、油酸钠所用浓度和比例不同，处理时间也不同，请根据实验需求进行预实验。
3. 对于首次使用本产品，建议采用浓度梯度处理细胞，摸索针对特定细胞、达到特定效果的适宜浓度。
4. 待细胞生长至 80-100%汇合度时，换成新鲜培养基（含血清），按适当浓度滴加棕榈酸钠/油酸钠，对照组加入等量体积（棕榈酸钠+油酸钠体积）溶剂对照，轻柔混匀后将细胞放入细胞培养箱中继续培养。
5. 加入本品24~48小时后，进行下一步分析。
注意事项
1. 收到产品后可分装，于-20℃长期保存；可在2~8℃短期保存。
2. 由于溶剂BSA影响吸光度，在使用CCK-8检测细胞毒性时，在弃掉高脂细胞添加剂与培养基混液后，需要用PBS清洗细胞2~3次，再加入CCK-8工作液。
The active ingredients of this product are sodium palmitate (6 mM) and sodium oleate (12 mM). It is a sterile solution (filtered through a 0.22 μm membrane) that can be directly mixed with complete culture medium and used in cell experiments. Both the high‑fat cell additive and its corresponding solvent control are clear, pale yellow liquids; the solvent contains no NaOH or any organic solvents and is non‑toxic to cells. This product is supplied as a combination package and can be directly used to induce a hepatic steatosis (fatty liver) cell model.

Instructions for Use
1.Thaw at room temperature or in a 2‑8 °C refrigerator overnight before each use. Do not heat directly. If the solution appears turbid, perform water‑bath heating at ≤50 °C for no more than 3 minutes.
2.The concentrations, ratio of sodium palmitate to sodium oleate, and treatment duration vary for different cell types and experimental objectives. Perform preliminary trials according to your experimental requirements.
3.For first‑time use, treat cells with a concentration gradient to identify the optimal concentration for your specific cell type and desired phenotype.
4.When cells reach 80‑100% confluence, replace with fresh serum‑containing medium. Add sodium palmitate / sodium oleate at the appropriate concentration. For control groups, add an equal volume of vehicle control (equal to the total volume of sodium palmitate plus sodium oleate). Mix gently and return cells to the cell‑culture incubator for further incubation.
5.Proceed with downstream analysis 24‑48 hours after product addition.
Precautions
1.Aliquot upon receipt. Store long‑term at −20 °C; short‑term storage can be performed at 2‑8 °C.
2.BSA contained in the solvent interferes with absorbance readings. When assessing cytotoxicity via CCK‑8 assay, remove the mixture of high‑fat cell additive and medium, wash cells 2‑3 times with PBS, then add CCK‑8 working solution.
