概述

外泌体专用 293 无血清培养基补料是适用于 HEK293细胞培养的无血清、化学成分限定的培养基的补料，专门用于 HEK293 细胞外泌体的研发与生产。细胞培养过程中无需添加血清，能够提高 HEK293 细胞活率与密度，帮助大量分泌外泌体，与外泌体专用 293 无血清培养基（阿拉丁货号：S1528132）配合使用，较常规 293 细胞培养基可提高产量5~10 倍。

成分说明：

无动物源成分、不含生长因子和蛋白。

使用说明：

1、培养扩增悬浮 HEK293 细胞，直到细胞密度至 6 × 10⁶ ~ 8 × 10⁶cells/mL 时，添加补料；

2、加入补料体积为加前培养基体积的 1/4，补料后继续培养6~16 h，培养细胞活率降至90%前收获细胞培养液；

3、细胞培养液可用于外泌体提取纯化实验。

注意事项：

如有以下情形，请勿使用：

1、试剂包装有破损；

2、溶液浑浊，有污染的疑虑；

3、使用时已超出规定有效期。

4、本产品仅用于生命科学研究，不得用于医学诊断及其他用途！

The Exosome-Specific 293 Cell Medium Supplement is a serum-free, chemically defined supplement adapted for HEK293 cell culture, which is specially designed for the research, development and large-scale production of HEK293 cell-derived exosomes. No serum supplementation is required during cell culture. It can effectively improve the viability and density of HEK293 cells and promote efficient exosome secretion. When used in combination with Exosome-Specific 293 Cell Serum-Free Medium (Aladdin Cat. No.: S1528132), the exosome yield can be increased 5–10 times compared with conventional 293 cell culture media.

Composition Description

Animal-origin free, free of growth factors and exogenous proteins.

Instructions for Use

1. Amplify suspended HEK293 cells until the cell density reaches 6 × 10⁶ ~ 8 × 10⁶ cells/mL, then add the supplement;

2. Add the supplement at a volume ratio of 1/4 of the original medium volume before supplementation. Continue culturing for 6–16 hours, and harvest the cell culture supernatant before the cell viability drops below 90%;

3. The harvested cell culture supernatant can be used for subsequent exosome isolation and purification experiments.

Precautions

Do not use this product under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or leaking product package;

2. Turbid solution, precipitate formation or suspected microbial contamination;

3. The product is out of validity period;

4. For research use only. Not for medical diagnosis, clinical treatment or commercial use!
