原钒酸钠溶液（Na₃VO₄, 0.1 mol/L）由原钒酸钠（正钒酸钠）与去离子水配制，经煮沸处理，不含 EDTA，为广谱酪氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂浓缩液。适用于哺乳动物组织及细胞蛋白提取，保护蛋白磷酸化修饰，提高目的蛋白回收率；所得样品可用于 Western Blot、免疫共沉淀等蛋白实验。本试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)：
1、使用时根据裂解液的用量加入原钒酸钠溶液 (Na₃VO₄, 0.1mol/L)，使其达到合适的终浓度。一般工作浓度为 1mmol/L，即 100 倍稀释。
注意事项：
1、原钒酸钠溶液 (Na₃VO₄, 0.1mol/L) 有轻微刺激性，小心操作，同时应避免反复冻融。
2、为了您的安全，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
3、试剂开封后请尽快使用，以防影响后续实验效果。
Sodium Orthovanadate Solution (Na₃VO₄, 0.1 mol/L) is prepared from sodium orthovanadate and deionized water, boiled during preparation and free of EDTA. It is a concentrated broad-spectrum tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor. Suitable for protein extraction from mammalian tissues and cells to preserve protein phosphorylation and improve target protein recovery. The obtained samples can be used in Western Blot, co-immunoprecipitation and other protein assays. For research use only; not for clinical diagnosis or other applications.
Operating Procedure (For Reference Only):
1. Add Sodium Orthovanadate Solution (Na₃VO₄, 0.1 mol/L) according to the volume of lysis solution to reach the appropriate final concentration. The typical working concentration is 1 mmol/L, corresponding to a 100-fold dilution.
Precautions:
1. Sodium Orthovanadate Solution (Na₃VO₄, 0.1 mol/L) is mildly irritating. Handle with care and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
2. For your safety, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
3. Use the reagent promptly after opening to prevent adverse effects on subsequent experimental results.
