概述

丝胶蛋白来源于蚕茧，对培养哺乳动物细胞有编号有益的特性。其具有冷冻保护属性，可替代冷冻保存培养基中的 FBS。1% 丝胶蛋白 (w/v) 以及 0.5% (w/v) 麦芽糖、0.3% (w/v) 脯氨酸、0.3% (w/v) 谷氨酰胺和 10%DMSO 与 90%FBS 和 10%DMSO 相当。此外，丝胶在细胞培养中可作为 FBS 替代品，刺激细胞生长，并在某些情况下抑制细胞死亡。

应用特性：

(1)丝胶中丝氨酸和天门冬氨酸等极性侧基氨基酸极高。是一种亲水基团极丰富的蛋白质。由于丝胶中具有亲水性极性的氨基酸达75%左右，尤以含量占近30%的丝氨酸其吸湿性要比甘油强50倍，故丝胶作为化妆品原料及化纤涂层原料有非常优异的吸湿、保湿、透气功能和抗微生物功能。

(2)丝胶在头发上的成膜性极好，其膜具有光泽，头发手感好，有弹性。不仅可以避免头发直接接触化学物质而受损伤，而且可以增加头发弹性和光泽。丝胶在头发表面形成一定强度的膜，可作头发定型剂。

(3)丝胶具有优良的抗氧化性。能有效抑制食品中多酚氧化酶活性，是油脂食品极好的天然抗氧化剂，对开发延长乳类食品的保鲜期的添加剂，具有非常显著的价值。

(4)用丝胶蛋白为主要原料，通过交联剂交联，在化纤、内衣、床上用品、亲肤用品、皮革等制品上涂层，可起到护肤、亲肤、抗菌、舒适等真丝化功效。

Sericin is a protein derived from the silkworm cocoon and has a number of beneficial characteristics for culturing mammalian cells. Application characteristics:

Because the amino acids with hydrophilic polarity in sericin account for about 75%, especially serine, which accounts for nearly 30%, has 50 times stronger hygroscopicity than glycerin, sericin as a cosmetic raw material and chemical fiber coating raw material has excellent hygroscopic, moisturizing, breathable and antimicrobial functions.

(2) the film forming property of the sericin on the hair is excellent, the film has luster, and the hair has good hand feeling and elasticity. It can not only avoid the damage of hair caused by direct contact with chemicals, but also increase the elasticity and luster of hair. Sericin forms a film with a certain strength on the surface of hair, which can be used as hair styling agent.

(3) Sericin has excellent oxidation resistance. Can effectively inhibit that activity of polyphenol oxidase in food, is an excellent natural antioxidant for grease food, and has a very significant value for developing an additive for prolon the preservation period of dairy foods.

(4) the sericin protein is used as a main raw material, is crosslinked by a crosslinking agent, and is coated on products such as chemical fibers, underwear, bedding, skin-friendly products, leather and the like, so that the sericin protein has the real silk effects of skin care, skin-friendliness, antibiosis, comfort and the like.
