压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示胶带,将特殊热敏化学染料与显色剂及其辅料制成油墨,以斜形条纹或其他形状印制在特制的胶纸上制成;在一定温度压力的饱和蒸汽作用下,经过一个灭菌周期处理后;指示剂变成灰黑色或黑色;灭菌后的颜色不易褪色.使用方法是取一段指示胶带,黏贴在待灭菌物品包外,胶带上指示剂由浅黄色变为灰黑色或黑色,表明灭菌过程符合要求.

● 不要将压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带与易形成冷凝水的金属,玻璃等硬质表面直接接触,以防被冷凝水浸湿,使化学指示胶带的热敏化学染料失去准确性
● 可适应各种型号压力蒸汽灭菌器,用于固定物品包或标示物品包(或容器)是否已经过灭菌处理过程
● 贮存于避光,室温15℃~30℃和50%相对湿度,避免接触腐蚀性气体
● 121摄氏度下15min以上变色
● 有效期:自生产日期起36个月

Steam Sterilization Indicator Tape is that the special heat-sensitive chemical dye and the color reagent and accessories be made of ink,and printing ink on the special card paper which is printed standard color blocks (dark gray or black),show instruction blocks of color (light yellow).Steam sterilization indicator labels which made of special cardboard,standard color blocks and instruction blocks of color is under the conditions of saturated steam at 121℃ for 20min or 132℃ for 3min,instruction color blocks will be changed from light yellow to the standard color that is dark gray or black,that can be determined that will be sterilized,the color after sterilization will not fade.

● Color change:Instruction color blocks will be changed from light yellow to the standard color that is dark gray or black
● To display indictor color patch (Yellow) by printing indicator ink onto a strip of special paper (standard color patch)
● Clearly contrasting colour changes before and after sterilisation help detect malfunction or errors when loading a steriliser
● While non-uniform color appears on the chemical indicator card,Indicator Strips should be judged ineligible
● Keep it where ambient temperature is 15℃~30℃ and relative humidity is 50%,and keep it away from corrosive gas
● At 121℃ and more than 15min,Color will be changed
● Expiration Date:24 months since the date of production
