In Vitro
Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 0-10 pM; 96 and 144 h; cancer cell lines) has anti-proliferative activity and inhibits tumor cell growth in a dose-dependent manner. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Cell Viability AssayCell Line: Cancer cell lines Concentration: 0-10 pM Incubation Time: 96 and 144 hours Result: Inhibited tumor cell growth in a dose-dependent manner.
In Vivo
Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 10-100 mg/kg; p.o. daily, for 45 d; female nude mice without thymus with OVCAR-3 xenografts) inhibits tumor growth, Lasting tumor regression and cure occurred in 50% of the animals, Sovilnesib has no apparent toxicity . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model: Female nude mice without thymus with OVCAR-3 xenografts Dosage: 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg Administration: Oral administration; daily, for 45 days Result: Had antitumor efficacy in a dose-dependent manner.
