Human alpha Thrombin treated with an irreversible inhibitor (PPACK) to block the active site. This inhibitor is removed via dialysis.
The above protein was purified from Human plasma units that test negative for antibodies to HBc, HCV, HIV 1/2, HTLV-I/II, and non reactive for HBsAg, HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA, HBV DNA and Syphilis by FDA approved tests. Donors are screened for CJD.
