6-磷酸海藻糖酯酶（trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase，TPP，EC 3.1.3.12）是海藻糖合成的关键酶之一，催化海藻糖-6-磷酸脱磷酸生成海藻糖。本试剂盒利用TPP催化底物海藻糖-6-磷酸生成海藻糖，海藻糖经海藻糖酶水解为葡萄糖，葡萄糖在葡萄糖氧化酶作用下与特异性显色剂反应生成有色产物，通过检测该产物在520 nm处的吸光度，即可计算TPP的活性。
Trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase (TPP, EC 3.1.3.12) is one of the key enzymes in trehalose biosynthesis, catalyzing the dephosphorylation of trehalose-6-phosphate to generate trehalose. This kit employs TPP to catalyze the conversion of the substrate trehalose-6-phosphate into trehalose. The resulting trehalose is subsequently hydrolyzed to glucose by trehalase, and the glucose then reacts with a specific chromogenic reagent under the action of glucose oxidase to form a colored product. By measuring the absorbance of this product at 520 nm, the activity of TPP can be calculated.
