平衡盐溶液（Balanced Salt Solution，BSS）与细胞生长状态下的pH值、渗透压等环境状态一致，具有维持渗透压、控制酸碱平衡、供给细胞生存代谢所必需的能量和无机盐成分等作用，可满足体外实验中细胞生存并维持一定代谢的基本需要。
台氏液粉剂（Tyrode's Solution）也属于平衡盐溶液的一种，主要由氯化钠、磷酸盐、氯化钙、葡萄糖等组成，不含HEPES，缓冲能力较改良台式液粉剂（阿拉丁货号：M1529492）稍弱，本品将氯化钙与其他成分分开存储，使用时分开溶解再混合即可使用，避免因一起加入出现不溶性沉淀的问题，经常用于哺乳动物的肌体灌流、清洗组织，并维持离体肠肌的正常生理功能。
该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。

操作步骤（仅供参考）：
1、一般取1 L包装的台氏液粉剂（无钙）充分溶解于800 mL去离子水（1升烧杯），再加入钙盐溶液，混匀并定容1000 mL，用于保存或清洗离体组织。
2、一般不需要调整pH值，如有需要，可自行调整，4℃保存6个月有效。
注意事项：
1、由于钙盐溶液含钙离子，容易产生沉淀，如果产生少许沉淀，可以加热溶解或过滤后使用，产生大量沉淀应弃用。
2、该产品含有葡萄糖，溶解后保存不当可能长菌，使用时应注意溶液的状态。
alanced Salt Solution (BSS) matches the pH value, osmotic pressure and other environmental conditions under cell‑growth status. It functions to maintain osmotic pressure, regulate acid‑base balance, and supply energy and inorganic salts essential for cell survival and metabolism, meeting the basic requirements for cell survival and certain metabolic activities in in‑vitro experiments.
Tyrode's Solution powder is a type of balanced salt solution. It is mainly composed of sodium chloride, phosphate, calcium chloride, glucose, etc., and contains no HEPES. Its buffering capacity is slightly weaker than modified Tyrode’s solution powder (Aladdin Cat. No.: M1529492). In this product, calcium chloride is stored separately from other components. Dissolve them respectively and mix before use to prevent insoluble precipitates caused by simultaneous dissolution. It is frequently applied for mammalian organ perfusion, tissue rinsing, and maintaining normal physiological functions of isolated intestinal muscle.
This reagent is for research use only and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.

Operating Procedures (For reference only):
1. For 1‑L‑size Calcium-free Tyrode's solution powder, fully dissolve the powder in 800 mL deionized water in a 1‑L beaker. Add calcium salt solution, mix well and make up the volume to 1000 mL for preservation or rinsing of isolated tissues.
2. pH adjustment is generally unnecessary; adjust pH manually if required. Valid for 6 months when stored at 4 °C.
Precautions:
1. Precipitates are prone to form due to calcium ions in calcium salt solution. Minor precipitates can be dissolved by heating or removed by filtration before use. Discard the solution in case of massive precipitates.
2. This product contains glucose. Bacterial growth may occur if the prepared solution is improperly stored. Check solution status prior to use.
