平衡盐溶液（Balanced Salt Solution，BSS）与细胞生长状态下的 pH 值、渗透压等环境状态一致，具有维持渗透压、控制酸碱平衡、供给细胞生存代谢所必需的能量和无机盐成分等作用，可满足体外实验中细胞生存并维持一定代谢的基本需要。
台氏液粉剂 (无钙)也属于平衡盐溶液的一种，主要由氯化钠、磷酸盐、葡萄糖等组成，不含钙离子和HEPES，缓冲能力较改良台式液粉剂（阿拉丁货号：M1529492）稍弱，直接溶解于水即可使用，经常用于哺乳肌体灌流、清洗组织，并维持离体肠肌的正常生理功能。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤（仅供参考）：
1、根据实验具体要求操作。
2、一般取1L包装的台氏液粉剂 (无钙)充分溶解于去离子水，定容 1000 mL，用于保存或清洗离体组织。
3、一般不需要调整 pH 值，如有需要，可自行调整，4℃保存 6 个月有效。
注意事项：
1、台氏液粉剂 (无钙)不含钙离子，不易产生沉淀。
2、本品含有葡萄糖，溶解后保存不当可能长菌，使用时应注意溶液的状态。

Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) matches the pH, osmotic pressure and other environmental conditions under cell‑growth status. It functions to maintain osmotic pressure, regulate acid‑base balance, and supply energy and inorganic salts essential for cell survival and metabolism, meeting the basic requirements for cell survival and certain metabolic activities in in‑vitro experiments.
Tyrode's solution powder (Calcium‑free) is a type of balanced salt solution. It is mainly composed of sodium chloride, phosphate, glucose, etc., and contains no calcium ions or HEPES. Its buffering capacity is slightly weaker than modified Tyrode’s solution powder (Aladdin Cat. No.: M1529492). It can be directly dissolved in water for use, and is often applied for mammalian organ perfusion, tissue rinsing, and maintaining normal physiological functions of isolated intestinal muscle. This reagent is for research use only and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
Operating Procedures (For reference only):
1. Operate according to the specific requirements of your experiment.
2. Fully dissolve 1‑L‑packaged Tyrode's solution powder (Calcium‑free) in deionized water and make up the volume to 1000 mL for preservation or rinsing of isolated tissues.
3. pH adjustment is generally unnecessary; adjust pH manually if required. Valid for 6 months when stored at 4 °C.
Precautions:
1. Tyrode's solution powder (Calcium‑free) contains no calcium ions and hardly forms precipitates.
2. This product contains glucose. Bacterial growth may occur if the prepared solution is improperly stored. Check the condition of the solution prior to use.
3. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
