Tris 缓冲盐溶液简称 TBS, 属于常规 pH 缓冲液，常用于清洗 Western Blot 中蛋白印迹膜,或者配制封闭液，是常用分子生物学试剂。在 TBS 的基础上加入2%的 Tween-20，能够大大增强 TBS 的洗涤作用。
TBST缓冲液 (20×, pH7.4)主要成分为 Tris-HCl (pH7.4)、氯化钠 Tween-20、防腐剂等，主要用于 Western Blot 中 PVDF、NC 膜的洗涤，亦可作为封闭液的基础试剂。

操作步骤(仅供参考)：
1、根据实验具体要求操作。
2、一般稀释至 1×，进行下游实验。
3、清洗膜时，每次 5～10 min，重复 3 次。

Tris-buffered saline solution, abbreviated as TBS, is a conventional pH buffer commonly used for washing protein blotting membranes in Western Blot, or for preparing blocking solutions. It is a commonly used molecular biology reagent. Adding 2% Tween-20 to TBS can greatly enhance the washing effect of TBS.
TBST buffer (20×, pH 7.4) mainly contains Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), sodium chloride, Tween-20, preservatives, etc. It is mainly used for washing PVDF and NC membranes in Western Blot, and can also serve as a basic reagent for blocking solutions.
