概述
TDZ（噻苯隆），英文名为Thidiazuron，别名脱叶灵、脱叶脲，CAS号：51707-55-2，分子式为C₉H₈N₄OS，分子量为220.25。TDZ是一种具有细胞分裂素活性的合成植物生长调节剂，是木本植物组织培养中最活跃的类细胞分裂素物质之一。低浓度TDZ可诱导腋芽增殖，高浓度时可促进愈伤组织、不定芽或体细胞胚的形成。本品为TDZ即用型无菌溶液，浓度10 mg/mL（约45 mM），已过滤除菌，广泛用作MS等植物组织培养基的补充剂。
使用方法
1.本产品已过滤除菌，为即用型无菌母液，可以直接使用。使用前请恢复至室温并充分混匀。
2.使用时一般按1:10000～1:20000比例稀释，依植物种类不同稀释比例不同，具体请查阅相关文献。
3.常规工作浓度可直接用水稀释后使用；如稀释倍数较小，建议用相应溶剂稀释，防止激素析出。

TDZ (Thidiazuron), also known as Dropp and Defoliant, CAS No.: 51707-55-2, molecular formula: C₉H₈N₄OS, molecular weight: 220.25. TDZ is a synthetic plant growth regulator with cytokinin activity and is one of the most active cytokinin-like substances in woody plant tissue culture. At low concentrations, TDZ can induce axillary bud proliferation; at high concentrations, it can promote callus formation, adventitious bud formation, or somatic embryo formation. This product is a ready-to-use sterile TDZ solution at a concentration of 10 mg/mL (approximately 45 mM), which has been filter-sterilized and is widely used as a supplement for plant tissue culture media such as MS medium.
Instructions for Use
1.This product has been filter-sterilized and is a ready-to-use sterile stock solution that can be used directly. Before use, please bring it to room temperature and mix thoroughly.
2.It is generally diluted at a ratio of 1:10000 to 1:20000 during use. The dilution ratio varies depending on the plant species; please refer to relevant literature for specific details.
3.For routine working concentrations, it can be diluted directly with water before use; if the dilution factor is small, it is recommended to dilute with an appropriate solvent to prevent hormone precipitation.

1.This product is for research use only. Do not use it for pharmaceutical, clinical diagnostic or therapeutic, food, or cosmetic purposes.
2.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves and a mask during operation.
