概述
本产品提供 ELISA 产品所需的全部底物溶液，主要成分为 TMB、H₂O₂以及稳定剂，具有检测灵敏度高的特点，开瓶即用，操作方便。与 HRP 反应生成的可溶性蓝色产物，可在 370 nm 和 655 nm处读取（652 nm 最合适）；添加酸性终止液后，产生的黄色产物可在 450 nm 处读数。
阿拉丁单组分TMB显色液系列有T117926、T1539125以及T1539126三款产品，在灵敏度等方面有所差异，可根据需要购买。

推荐使用方法：
1、 酶标板各检测孔添加 100~150 uL TMB单组分TMB显色液
2、 室温或 37℃ 孵育10-30 min
3、 向各个检测孔中加入 50~100 uL终止液
4、 将酶标板置于酶标仪中，450 nm 处读取结果
注意事项:
1、 用户需自备终止液
2、 完成添加终止液后，需在 5 min之内读取
3、 建议用户同时在 450 nm 以及 620~630 nm 处，开启双通道检测，获得更低本底检测结果。
4、 分装TMB，需使用棕色或者黑色等可避光的瓶子，并在使用之前，用超纯水清洗瓶子 2-3 次。
This product supplies the complete substrate solution required for ELISA assays. Its main components are TMB, H₂O₂ and stabilizers. It features high detection sensitivity and is ready-to-use directly after opening for convenient operation. The soluble blue product generated by reaction with HRP can be measured at 370 nm and 655 nm (652 nm is optimal). After adding acidic stop solution, the resulting yellow product can be read at 450 nm.
The Aladdin one-component TMB substrate solution series includes three products: T117926, T1539125 and T1539126. These products differ in sensitivity and other performance indicators and can be selected according to experimental requirements.

Recommended Protocol:
1. Add 100–150 μL one-component TMB chromogenic solution to each well of the microplate.
2. Incubate at room temperature or 37 ℃ for 10–30 min.
3. Add 50–100 μL stop solution into each well.
4. Place the microplate into a microplate reader and read the absorbance at 450 nm.
Precautions:
1. Stop solution needs to be prepared by the user.
2. Read the result within 5 min after adding stop solution.
3. Dual-wavelength detection at 450 nm and 620–630 nm is recommended to obtain results with lower background.
4. For aliquoting TMB, use brown or black light-shielding bottles. Rinse the bottles 2–3 times with ultrapure water before use.
