概述
Tris（三羟甲基氨基甲烷）为弱碱，分子式为 C₄H₁₁NO₃，相对分子量为 121.14，在 25℃ 下 pKa 为 8.1。Tris 缓冲液的有效缓冲范围在 pH 7.0～9.2 之间。Tris 碱的水溶液 pH 在 10.5 左右，配制时一般通过加入适宜的酸（如盐酸或乙酸）调节至所需 pH 值。Tris 是极其常用的生物缓冲液，常用 pH 值为 6.8、7.4、8.0、8.8，但需注意其 pH 值随温度变化较大（通常温度每升高 1℃，pH 值约下降 0.03）。
本 Tris-乙酸缓冲液 (1 mol/L, pH 7.0) 是由 Tris、乙酸和去离子水按特定比例配制而成的即用型 pH 缓冲液，可直接用于各类生物化学反应及分子生物学实验。

Tris (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) is a weak base with the molecular formula C₄H₁₁NO₃ and a relative molecular weight of 121.14. Its pKa at 25°C is 8.1. The effective buffering range of Tris buffer is between pH 7.0 and 9.2. An aqueous solution of Tris base has a pH of around 10.5. During preparation, it is generally adjusted to the desired pH by adding a suitable acid (such as hydrochloric acid or acetic acid). Tris is an extremely common biological buffer, typically used at pH values of 6.8, 7.4, 8.0, and 8.8. However, it should be noted that its pH value varies significantly with temperature (generally, the pH drops by approximately 0.03 for every 1°C increase in temperature).
This Tris-Acetate buffer (1 mol/L, pH 7.0) is a ready-to-use pH buffer formulated with Tris, acetic acid, and deionized water in specific proportions. It can be directly used in various biochemical reactions and molecular biology experiments.
