概述
Tergazyme® 是 ALCONOX® 和蛋白酶的组合，可用于预浸蛋白质类污垢和难以去除的污渍。
应用
本产品可用于：
1. 用于清洁：医疗器械、乳品加工设备、实验室器皿、反渗透和超滤膜和单元、采样装置、制药设备、化装品生产设备、管材、管道、光学部件、工艺设备、工业部件、脱盐工厂、储罐和反应器。USDA 授权用于联邦政府检查肉类和家禽工厂。通过水质分析抑制残留试验。通过 FDA 认证。
2. 用于清除：污垢、砂砾、尘垢、血渍、组织、油脂、脂肪、润滑油等。Aroteinaceous 污垢、乳制品蛋白质、微粒、溶剂和生物反应器残留物等。
3. 表面清洁：推荐用于玻璃、金属、不锈钢、陶瓷、塑料、橡胶和玻璃纤维等的抗腐蚀制剂。如能及时清洗，也可用于铜、铝、锌、镁等软金属。建议进行腐蚀试验。
4. 清洁方法：浸泡、洗刷、使用海棉或抹布清洗、超声波、就地冲洗等。会起泡沫——不适合喷雾或机器使用。
使用方法
用冷水或温水配制新鲜的1%溶液（每加仑2.5汤匙，每加仑1.25盎司或每升10克）。如有条件，请使用低于55°C（130°F）的温水。通过浸泡、循环、擦拭或超声波清洗。请遵循制造商的滤膜清洁说明。不适用于喷雾式滤膜，会产生泡沫。彻底冲洗——最好用流水。对于关键清洁，请使用蒸馏水、去离子水或纯净水进行最后冲洗或全部冲洗。对于与食品接触的表面，请使用饮用水冲洗。适用于各种玻璃、陶瓷、塑料和金属表面。建议进行腐蚀测试。
Tergazyme® is a combination of ALCONOX® and protease enzyme for presoaking proteinaceous soils and hard-to-remove stains.
Application
This product can be used for：
1. Used to clean: Hospital instruments, dairy equipment, laboratory ware, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration membranes and units, sampling apparatus, pharmaceutical apparatus, cosmetics manufacturing equipment, tubing, pipes, optical parts, process equipment, industrial parts, desalination plants, tanks and reactors.Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Passes inhibitory residue test for water analysis. FDA certified.
2. Used to remove: Soil, grit, grime, blood, tissue, grease, fats, oils. Aroteinaceous soils, dairy proteins, particulates, solvents and bioreactor residue.
Surfaces cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber and fiberglass. Can be 3. Used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc and magnesium if rinsed promptly. Corrosion testing may be advisable.
4.Cleaning method: Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flow through clean-in-place. Will foam—not for spray or machine use.
Usage
Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 Tbsp. per gal., 1 1/4 oz. per gal. or 10 grams per liter) in cold or warm water. If available, use warm water below 130° F (55° C). Clean by soak, circulate, wipe, or ultrasonic method. Follow manufacturer’s directions for filter membrane cleaning. Not for spray machines, will foam. RINSE THOROUGHLY—preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, do final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water. Used on a wide range of glass, ceramic, plastic, and metal surfaces. Corrosion testing may be advisable.
