概述
阿拉丁生产的UltraBio™水浴锅抑菌剂(UltraBio™Water Bath Preservative)是一种广谱、高效、稳定、低毒的抑菌剂(antimicrobial)、杀菌剂(microbicide)和防腐剂(preservative)，专门用于细胞房、实验室等水浴锅或培养箱水槽内水体中细菌、真菌、支原体、藻类等微生物的抑制和清除，保持水浴中水体的洁净，避免交叉污染。本产品与Sigma公司的Water Bath Treatment 属于同类产品，效果基本一致。水浴锅抑菌剂，又称水浴锅防腐剂、水浴锅杀菌剂、水浴锅灭菌剂或水浴处理剂，英文名为Water Bath Preservative、Water BathTreatment或Water BathCleaner等。生物实验室都要求一定的洁净度，而水浴锅特别是37℃水浴锅在使用过程中极易滋生细菌、霉菌等微生物，需要经常清洗和换水，稍有不慎或清洗不及时，水浴锅中的水源即会成为实验污染的重要来源。细胞培养室中，37℃水浴锅更是必备仪器，常用于细胞培养基、PBS及其它细胞培养试剂的预热，尤其是冻存细胞的复苏。洁净的水浴锅可有效避免细胞污染，对细胞培养的顺利进行非常重要。
注意事项：
本产品为无色、浅黄或浅褐色。无色的本产品保存一定时间后可能会呈现浅黄或浅褐色。经检测，无色、浅黄或浅褐色的本产品具有基本一致的抑菌效果。由于水浴锅一般是敞开状态，即使水体中的微生物经本产品处理后生长被抑制，但环境中的微生物及空气中的灰尘等也会掉落在水浴锅中，一般经过本产品处理后会在水浴锅底聚集成絮状沉淀。即使使用本产品进行水浴锅的抑菌处理，也需要定期更换水浴锅中的水。更换水前，需要注意清洗水浴锅的内壁。应避免本品原液与皮肤和眼睛接触。一旦接触，请立即用大量清水洗净，不得延误。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。

Generally, after the treatment of this product, it will gather into flocculent precipitation at the bottom of the water bath pot.Even if this product is used for the bacteriostatic treatment of the water bath pot, the water in the water bath pot needs to be replaced regularly. Before replacing the water, you need to pay attention to cleaning the inner wall of the water bath. Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. Once in contact, please immediately wash with plenty of water, no delay.
