使用说明：
称取本品 31.0 克于 1L 蒸馏水或去离子水中 (可按比例增加或减少配制量)，加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装，121℃ 高压灭菌 15 分钟，冷却，备用。
注意事项：
1、pH7.0±0.2 (25℃)。
2、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
3、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
This product is 2× YT Broth Medium. Compared with the classic formula, the concentrations of tryptone and yeast extract are doubled for richer nutrition. It can significantly increase the cell density of Escherichia coli and is an excellent choice for recombinant plasmid amplification and recombinant protein induction and expression.

Instructions for Use:
Weigh 31.0 g of the product into 1 L of distilled or deionized water (the preparation volume can be increased or decreased proportionally), heat to boiling until completely dissolved, dispense, autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes, cool and set aside for use.
Precautions:
1. pH 7.0±0.2 at 25 °C.
2. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
3. This product is for laboratory research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
