概述
本产品由 Na₂HPO₄、NaH₂PO₄、KCl 和 MgSO₄ 组成，为 pH7.0 的缓冲液，经过过滤除菌处理。可用于配制Z buffer/X-gal 溶液，检测核系统 AH109 酵母双杂和膜系统 NMY51 酵母双杂中 LacZ 报告基因。
Z buffer 为酵母 X-gal 显色实验提供缓冲环境，使酵母菌落显色更清晰、持久。
使用说明 (以5 mL体系为例)：
5 mL Z buffer中加入13.5 μL 2-巯基乙醇 (阿拉丁货号：M755744)，83.5 μL X-Gal 溶液 (20 mg/mL) (阿拉丁货号：X1520260)。根据需求量可按比例扩大配制。

This product is composed of Na₂HPO₄, NaH₂PO₄, KCl, and MgSO₄. It is a buffer at pH 7.0 and has been filter-sterilized. It can be used to prepare Z buffer/X-gal solution for detecting the LacZ reporter gene in the nuclear system AH109 yeast two-hybrid and the membrane system NMY51 yeast two-hybrid.
Z buffer provides a buffering environment for yeast X-gal chromogenic experiments, making yeast colonies develop clearer and more persistent color.
Instructions for Use (using a 5 mL system as an example):
Add 13.5 μL of 2-mercaptoethanol (Aladdin Catalog No.: M755744) and 83.5 μL of X-Gal solution (20 mg/mL) (Aladdin Catalog No.: X1520260) to 5 mL of Z buffer. The preparation can be scaled up proportionally according to the required amount.
