Description:These PEG products have high purity and narrow molecular weight distribution. PEG products have been used by millions of customers for drug discovery, medical device modification and bioassay development. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability of modified materials. It can also reduce immunogenicity of modified antibodies, peptides and proteins. In addition, pegylation can suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.
Application
Applicated in medical research, drug-release, nanotechnology and new materials research, cell culture. In the study of ligand, polypeptide synthesis support, a graft polymer compounds, new materials, and polyethylene glycol-modified functional coatings and other aspects of the active compound.
