In this work, an ultrasensitive immunosensing scaffold was structured with TiO 2 nanowire (TiNW) arrays modified with molybdenum (Mo) and MoS 2 flakes by a triplex “etching, doping and deposition” technique. The triply modification of TiNW arrays improved their electron transfer , and the decoration of MoS 2 flakes on TiNW arrays increased both the conductivity and the specific surface area of TiNW. Accordingly, the triply modified TiNW arrays provided a biocompatible microenviroment for the biomolecules and high specific surface area to load big amount of biomolecules . The immunosensor was prepared by immobilizing capture antibody on the scaffold surface with double amino-reactive crosslinker , and the tracing labels were prepared by immobilizing signal antibody and horseradish peroxidase molecules on cylinder-shaped TiO 2 nanorods . After sandwich-type immunoreaction, the tracing labels were quantitatively captured on the immunosensor surface for the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen as a model analyte. This amperometric method showed a linear range of 0.001 and 150 ng mL −1 with a detection limit of 0.5 pg mL −1 . This work provided a promising platform for sensitive amperometric immunosensing of protein biomarkers.
The traditional PP separator is failed to inhibit the polysulfide shuttle effect for the lithium-sulfur ctteries. Besides, it has poor safety porblem when used at high temperatures. Therefore, it is urgent to develop new modified separator to repalce the traditional separator. To deal with these problems, layered hierarchical C@MoS 2 spheres are prepared and modified the traditional separator. Due to the presence of the C@MoS 2 modified separator, the Li-S batteries with C@MoS 2 separator display high specific capacity and superior cycling stability even at high rate of 2C. The high electrochemical performance is attributed to efficient inhibition of shuttle effect by the adsorption and catalytic conversion of polysulfide on the C@MoS 2 separator. This work has a certain reference value for the future large-scale application of lithium-sulfur battery.

The increasing use of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, which are found in various environmental media, is a constant threat to ecological safety and human health. In this paper, SrFeO3@MoS2 heterogeneous catalyst was prepared to activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) for the degradation of levofloxacin (LVO). The characteristics of SrFeO3@MoS2 samples were studied and the optimum conditions for the removal of LVO by SrFeO3@MoS2/PMS system were investigated. The removal of LVO by the SrFeO3@MoS2-0.3/PMS system could reach 96.06% within 20 min of reaction. The effect of inorganic anions (SO42−, Cl−, NO3− and H2PO4−) commonly found in actual water bodies on catalytic reaction was explored. The reusability investigation revealed that the catalyst could still remove 88.06% of LVO within 20 min after four cycles. Moreover, SO4•−, •OH and 1O2 were identified by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) tests and scavenger experiments, where the SO4•− and •OH were dominant reactive species. Combining with the XPS characterisation, the activation mechanism of SrFeO3@MoS2-0.3/PMS was proposed, and the oxygen vacancies and transition metals on the sample surface were active sites of PMS activation. Furthermore, the possible degradation pathways of LVO were well-established based on the detected intermediates.
