Sirtratumab vedotin (anti-SLITRK6), is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of SLTRK6 (SLIT and NTRK like family member 6, "SLIT and NTRK-like family, member 6") and cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It delivers a small molecule microtubule-disrupting agent, monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), to tumor cells expressing SLITRK6. Sirtratumab vedotin (anti-SLITRK6) has the potential for Bladder Cancer, Metastatic urothelial cancer research.
