概述
一种单链糖蛋白，可抑制 C1、C1r、C1s、血浆激肽释放酶、XIa 因子、XIIa 因子及纤溶酶。其在血浆中的含量为每 100 毫升 16-33 毫克。C1 酯酶抑制剂缺乏症是一种罕见疾病，可导致面部肿胀和腹部绞痛。该疾病通常为遗传性，但也可能在 C1 酯酶抑制剂（C1EI）功能异常时发生。
本产品由血浆制备而成，经美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）要求的检测证实，所用血浆对乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）、丙型肝炎抗体（抗 - HCV）、乙型肝炎核心抗体（抗 - HBc）无反应，且人免疫缺陷病毒 1 型和 2 型抗体（抗 - HIV 1&2）检测结果为阴性。
阿拉丁（Aladdin）产品均为实验室试剂，不得用于人体给药或任何药物用途。仅用于研究或进一步生产使用。
A single chain glycoprotein which inhibits C1, C1r, C1s, plasma kallikrein, Factors XIa. XIIa, and plasmin. Present in plasma at 16-33 mg per 100 ml. C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency is a rare condition resulting in facial swelling and abdominal cramping. Usually the condition is hereditary, though it may also occur when the C1EI is non-functional.
Prepared from plasma shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA-required tests.

生化机理
Serine protease inhibitor, which acrs as a regulator of the classical complement pathway. Forms a proteolytically inactive stoichiometric complex with the C1r or C1s proteases. May also regulate blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and the generation of kinins. Very efficient inhibitor of FXIIa. Inhibits chymotrypsin and kallikrein.
Post-translational: Highly glycosylated (49%) with N- and O-glycosylation. O-glycosylated with core 1 or possibly core 8 glycans. N-glycan heterogeneity at Asn-25: Hex5HexNAc4 (minor), dHex1Hex5HexNAc4 (minor), Hex6HexNAc5 (major) and dHex1Hex6HexNAc5 (minor). Cleaved by C1S in vitro. (Microbial infection) Can be proteolytically cleaved by E.coli stcE.
