概述

Tris-Glycine转膜缓冲液 (pH8.3, 10×）是用于蛋白印迹实验（Western blotting）中湿法以及半干法电泳转膜的缓冲试剂。本产品按常规方法配制而成，为10×浓缩液，不含SDS和甲醇，便于储存、操作简便。

本产品为10×浓缩液，临用前按下述步骤稀释：

1.取100mL 的10× Tris-Glycine转膜缓冲液，加入200 mL无水甲醇混匀。

2.加入蒸馏水或去离子水，定容至1L，混匀后即可使用。

3.新配制的1× Tris-Glycine转膜缓冲液工作液室温可保存两周左右。

4.本产品不含SDS，蛋白分子量较大或者疏水性较强时，为增加转膜效果，可适当添加少量SDS（参考工作浓度为0.025-0.1%）。

Tris-Glycine Transfer Buffer (pH 8.3, 10×) is a buffer reagent used for wet and semi-dry electrophoretic transfer in Western blotting. This product is prepared according to conventional methods and is a 10× concentrated solution. It contains no SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) or methanol, making it easy to store and handle.This product is a 10× concentrated solution. Dilute it following the steps below before use:

1. Take 100 mL of 10× Tris-Glycine Transfer Buffer and add 200 mL of anhydrous methanol, then mix well.

2. Add distilled water or deionized water to bring the total volume to 1 L. After mixing well, the solution is ready for use.

3. The newly prepared 1× Tris-Glycine Transfer Buffer working solution can be stored at room temperature for approximately two weeks.

4. This product does not contain SDS. When the target protein has a large molecular weight or high hydrophobicity, a small amount of SDS can be added appropriately to improve the transfer effect (the recommended working concentration is 0.025-0.1%).
