概述
AF488 DBCO ditriethylamine is the ditriethylamine salt form of AF488 DBCO. AF488 DBCO ditriethylamine is a fluorescent dye that labels azide-containing biomolecules. DBCO is the bioorthogonal partner of azide that allows covalent coupling in the absence of copper. AF488 is a bright, photostable green fluorophore. AF488 exhibits the λ em and λ ex wavelength of 520 nm and 470 nm, respectively.
