本品由硫酸铝与去离子水配制而成，其中铝离子可作为媒染剂，是多种组织染色液的配套辅助媒染试剂，常用于苏木素染色等实验体系，可增强染料与组织的结合能力，提升染色清晰度与对比度。本品仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
使用方法：
1、样本预处理：石蜡切片常规脱蜡至蒸馏水；冰冻切片直接用蒸馏水漂洗。
2、媒染处理：将切片浸入本品，室温媒染 5～10 min，可根据组织类型适当调整时间。
3、水洗：蒸馏水充分漂洗切片 2～3 min，去除残留溶液。
4、染色：转入苏木素染液进行细胞核染色。
5、后续按常规 HE 染色流程完成分化、流水蓝化、梯度乙醇脱水、二甲苯透明、中性树胶封片，显微镜镜检。
注意事项：
1.媒染时间不宜过长，防止组织过度硬化，影响后续染色效果。
2.溶液如出现浑浊、沉淀，请勿继续使用。
3.本产品仅供科研使用，请勿用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。
4.为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并佩戴一次性手套操作。
5.试剂开封后请尽快使用，以防影响后续实验效果。
This product is prepared from aluminum sulfate and deionized water. The aluminum ions in the solution act as a mordant. It is an auxiliary mordant reagent matched for various tissue staining solutions, commonly used in experimental systems such as hematoxylin staining. It can strengthen the binding capacity between dyes and tissues and improve the definition and contrast of staining. This product is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.
Instructions for Use:
1. Sample Pretreatment: Routinely deparaffinize paraffin sections to distilled water; rinse frozen sections directly with distilled water.
2. Mordanting: Immerse the sections in this product and perform mordanting at room temperature for 5～10 min. The incubation time can be adjusted appropriately according to tissue type.
3. Water Washing: Rinse the sections thoroughly with distilled water for 2～3 min to remove residual solution.
4. Staining: Transfer the sections to hematoxylin staining solution for nuclear staining.
5. Follow the routine HE staining procedure for differentiation, bluing in running water, serial ethanol dehydration, xylene clearing, mounting with neutral balsam, and microscopic examination.
Precautions:
1. The mordanting time should not be too long to prevent excessive tissue hardening and adverse effects on subsequent staining results.
2. Do not continue to use the solution if turbidity or precipitate appears.
3. This product is for research use only. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food or pharmaceutical applications.
4. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
5. Use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to prevent adverse effects on subsequent experiments.
