Azide-PEG4-VC-PAB-Doxorubicin is composed of the linker Azide-PEG4-VC-PAB and the toxic molecule Doxorubicin, and can be used to prepare antibody conjugated active molecules. Azide-PEG4-VC-PAB-Doxorubicin is a click chemistry reagent. It contains Azide groups and can undergo copper catalyzed azide alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo ring tension driven alkyne azide cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.

It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
