BST2/CD317 Rat mAb (Ab091771) - Flow Cytometry Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of BST2/CD317 expression on live mouse splenocytes. C57Bl/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab191673), CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (FITC) (Ab178874) and either Rat IgG (AF647) (Ab190071; Left panel) or BST2/CD317 Rat mAb (Ab091771; Right panel) conjugated with AF647 at 0.4 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of BST2/CD317 expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD45R positive gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
