CD52 Mouse mAb (Ab095005) - Flow Cytometry
Flow Cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells labelling CD52 (red) with CD52 Mouse mAb (Ab095005) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. AffiniPure Goat anti-Mouse IgG, Fcγ fragment specific (AF647) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
