Armenian Hamster IgG1-lambda, anti-S. Japonicum Glutathione S-transferase (Ab135991) - Flow Cytometry Flow cytometry analysis of CD48 expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD48 Armenian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab189671) at 0.3 μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1 μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Isotype control, Armenian Hamster IgG1-lambda, anti-S.
