CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab179525) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with MHC Class II Rat mAb (APC) (Ab187213) and either Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741; Left panel) or CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab179525; Right panel) at 3 μg/mL. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
