Human peripheral blood cells were stained with Human IgG2-Kappa (Biotin) (Ab212706) (right panel) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
