概述

BT57试剂是快速变性、还原和烷基化三合⼀试剂。在⽣物制药和蛋⽩质组学研究中，三维结构的天然蛋⽩质经过变性，还原和烷基化处理，脱盐后进⾏酶解反应。常规变性剂尿素、盐酸胍等对蛋⽩质变性后，会对蛋⽩质进⾏⼀定的化学修饰，如：氨基甲酰化，同时常规烷基化试剂需要避光。BT57试剂三合⼀试剂⼀步添加,快速完成变性、还原、烷基化蛋⽩处理。适⽤于蛋⽩组学、⽣物制药和单细胞样本研究。物理形态：冻⼲粉含1.5mgBT表⾯活性剂、TCEP、ABC和CAA。溶解液：52μl超纯⽔溶解。 pH 值范围：pH7-9⽤于蛋⽩变性反应，pH2-4在溶液中会降解并沉淀。使⽤⽅法： -10μl (50-100μg) 蛋⽩样品添加10μl BT57试剂混匀，60°C⼲浴孵育20min或95°C⼲浴孵10min。

BT57 is an all-in-one reagent for rapid denaturation, reduction and alkylation. In biopharmaceutical and proteomics research, native proteins with three-dimensional structures undergo denaturation, reduction, alkylation, desalting, and subsequent enzymatic digestion. Traditional denaturants such as urea and guanidine hydrochloride can cause chemical modifications to proteins, such as carbamylation. In addition, conventional alkylating reagents require protection from light. BT57 all-in-one reagent enables one-step addition and rapidly completes protein denaturation, reduction and alkylation. It is suitable for proteomics, biopharmaceutical and single-cell sample research. Physical Form: Lyophilized powder containing 1.5mg BT Surfactant, TCEP, ABC and CAA. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 52 μL of ultrapure water. pH Range: pH 7–9 for protein denaturation. The reagent degrades and precipitates in solution at pH 2–4. Usage: Add 10 μL of BT57 reagent to 10 μL (50–100 μg) protein sample, mix well. Incubate in a dry bath at 60 °C for 20 min, or at 95 °C for 10 min.
