概述
15000bp DNA Ladder是由7条线状双链DNA条带组成，适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中DNA条带的分析，不建议用于Acrylamide凝胶电泳。本产品为即用型产品，已含有1×Loading Buffer，可根据实验需要，直接上样电泳，使用方便，电泳图像清晰。 产品含有两种染料（青色染料和黄色染料），会在电泳时分开以监测迁移进度，青色染料在1%的琼脂糖凝胶中与3-5kb DNA片段的迁移率相同，黄色染料在1%的琼脂糖凝胶中比引物迁移得快（<50bp）。

条带组成：250 bp，1000 bp，2500 bp， 5000 bp，7500 bp，10000 bp，15000 bp。
产品特点：
适用于 250 bp-15000 bp 范围内准确判断 DNA 片段大小。
注意事项：
1. 使用时彻底化冻混匀。
2. 请及时更换电泳缓冲液并使用新制的凝胶，以免影响电泳结果。
3. 避免反复冻融。
使用方法：
1. 若搭配 Super GelRed 进行电泳，取 1-2µL（若搭配市面常见核酸染料，建议上样量 5µL）加入琼脂糖凝胶的加样孔中，如果加样孔较宽，可适当增加上样量，进行电泳。
2. 建议电泳条件为 1%琼脂糖凝胶，电压 5V/cm 左右,电泳槽正负极距离。
3. 通过 Super GelRed 或其他染料进行染色，观察电泳条带。

Product introduction：
The 15000bp DNA ladder is composed of seven linear double stranded DNA bands, which is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for acrylamide gel electrophoresis. This product is ready to use and contains 1 × Loading buffer can directly load samples for electrophoresis according to experimental needs, which is convenient to use and has clear electrophoresis images. The product contains two dyes (cyan dye and yellow dye), which will be separated during electrophoresis to monitor the migration progress. The cyan dye has the same mobility as the 3-5kb DNA fragment in 1% agarose gel, and the yellow dye migrates faster (<50bp) than the primer in 1% agarose gel.

Matters needing attention：
1.Freezing and mixing thoroughly when using.
2.Please replace the electrophoresis buffer in time and use the new gel to avoid affecting the electrophoresis results.
3.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Instruction：
1.If Super GelRed is used for electrophoresis, 1-2μL ( 5μL is recommended if combined with common nucleic acid dyes in the market ) is added to agarose gel. In the sample hole, if the sample hole is wider, the sample volume can be appropriately increased for electrophoresis.
2.It is suggested that the electrophoresis condition is 1 % agarose gel, the voltage is about 5V / cm, and the distance between the positive and negative poles of the electrophoresis tank.
3.Observe the electrophoretic bands by staining with Super GelRed or other dyes.
