该试剂盒提供了一种与CWE9600匹配， 从300 ul血液中提取DNA的预装型产品。 样品按要求加入96 DW深孔板后，按相应顺序将其放入CWE9600中， 约50分钟即可 得到高质量的DNA。提取得到的DNA稳定、可靠，可用于PCR、芯片检测以及高通量 测序等下游实验。

实验前准备及重要注意事项
1. 向25 mg Proteinase K干粉中加入1.25 ml Proteinase K Storage Buffer使其完全溶解 后于-20℃保存。配置好的Proteinase K溶液勿长时间室温放置，避免反复冻融，以 免影响其活性。
2. 向装有Magbeads PN的试剂瓶中加入33 ml异丙醇（建议使用北京化工厂的异丙醇） ， 混匀后备用。
3. 使用前请检查预装板中试剂是否存在漏液的情况。
操作步骤
1. 将预装板从试剂盒中取出放入水平离心机中300×g离心10秒钟。
2. 将预装板从离心机中取出，小心去除热封膜，期间防止预装板震动。
3. 向Plate 1 每孔中加入300 ul血液样品，之后再向每孔中加入20 ul Proteinase K。
4. 按下表将预装板放入CWE9600相应位置上。

5. 运行Cowin Blood 300程序，约23分钟后仪器暂停。将Plate 1 从仪器中取出，每孔 加入310 ul充分混匀的异丙醇与磁珠混合物。
6. 将Plate 1 放回仪器中，继续运行程序。 约35分钟后程序运行结束，取出磁套和深孔板。 7. 将Plate 6中的洗脱产物转移至1.5 ml离心管中低温保存。

Product Introduction
This kit provides a pre packaged product that matches CWE9600 and extracts DNA from 300 ul of blood. After adding the samples to the 96 DW deep well plate as required, they are placed in CWE9600 in the corresponding order, and high-quality DNA can be obtained in about 50 minutes. The extracted DNA is stable and reliable, and can be used for downstream experiments such as PCR, chip detection, and high-throughput sequencing.

Preparation and important precautions before the experiment
1. Add 1.25 ml of Protein K Storage Buffer to 25 mg of Protein K dry powder until completely dissolved, and store at -20 ℃. The prepared Protein K solution should not be left at room temperature for a long time to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which may affect its activity.
2. Add 33 ml of isopropanol (recommended to use isopropanol from Beijing Chemical Factory) to the reagent bottle containing Magheads PN, mix well, and set aside.
3. Before use, please check if there is any leakage of reagents in the pre installed board.
Operation steps
1. Take out the pre installed plate from the reagent kit and centrifuge it in a horizontal centrifuge for 300 × g for 10 seconds.
2. Take out the pre installed plate from the centrifuge and carefully remove the heat sealing film to prevent vibration of the pre installed plate during the process.
3. Add 300 ul of blood sample to each well of Plate 1, and then add 20 ul of Protein K to each well.
4. Place the pre installed board in the corresponding position of CWE9600 according to the table below.

5. Run the Cowin Blood 300 program and the instrument will pause after approximately 23 minutes. Remove Plate 1 from the instrument and add 310 ul of well mixed isopropanol and magnetic bead mixture to each well.
6. Put Plate 1 back into the instrument and continue running the program. After about 35 minutes, the program ends and the magnetic sleeve and deep hole plate are removed. 7. Transfer the elution products from Plate 6 to a 1.5 ml centrifuge tube for low-temperature storage.
