概述
Product Describtion:
Phosphatidylcholines (PCs) are amphipathic molecules, that are mainly located on the outer leaflets of the biological membrane bilayer. Approximately 40–50% of the total cellular phospholipids consists of phosphatidylcholine.
The list of Phosphatidylcholine products offered by Avanti is designed to provide compounds having a variety of physical properties. Products available include short chain (C3-C8 are water soluble and hygroscopic), saturated, multi-unsaturated and mixed acid PC′s. All of the products are purified by HPLC, and special precautions are taken to protect the products for oxidization and hydrolysis.

to study its effects on non-amyloidogenic processing of amyloid precursor protein (APP)/α-secretase activity
to prepare a lipid monolayer to study whether ligand is specifically targeted to domains containing Cu(II)-iminodiacetate lipid (Cu-PSIDA)
as a lipid standard for the quantification of lipid species from lipid droplets by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography-high performance liquid chromatography (HILIC-HPLC)
